Just 90 minutes from Paris, a pause where silence reclaims its place. Heated pool, suspended fireplace, forest just steps away, and countryside as far as the eye can see. Tucked at the end of a lane, hidden from view, the house invites you to slow down from the very first moment. Its tall bay windows open onto nature, mornings begin with coffee on the terrace, and it's not unusual to spot a deer crossing the fields at daybreak. Summer drifts by between swims in the heated pool, meals outdoors, and sunsets over the countryside. In winter, the fire crackles in the suspended fireplace, blankets come out, and the house becomes a warm refuge where time seems to slow down.
Entirely surrounded by fields, the private 1,050 m² garden is lined with old hedges, tall trees, and fruit trees. With no facing neighbours, it offers an entirely open view over the Perche countryside and a rare sense of space, calm, and privacy.
Built in 1890, this former half-timbered farmhouse was fully renovated and extended in 2020-2021 to preserve its original character while offering the comfort, light, and amenities of a contemporary home. The house has been selected and verified by IDYLLIQ, France's first collection of high-end country houses.

A beautiful, tastefully decorated and comfortable house. The large bay windows bring a lot of charm and light to the living area. The garden is spacious and the outdoor space is a real plus. The house is ideal for four people and can also accommodate six thanks to the extra mattresses provided. Nino was very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time.

The house is truly nestled in a green paradise for anyone who loves the countryside! Surrounded by fields, birds are your only neighbours, with no one overlooking the property. We had an excellent stay in this beautiful house, in absolute calm with no neighbours in sight! Lovely garden! We managed to enjoy the terrace and pool a little despite the unpredictable weather. The house is very well equipped, with a large TV and very comfortable bedding. Also great for dogs (the garden is fully fenced and spacious).
